    Good environment but some Managers are resistant to feedback
    The good thingsEnvironment and culture is comfortable, colleagues are friendly and sociable
    The challengescertain managers is resistant to subordinates' feedback and opinions, and like to push blame on team members. Salary is not very competitive.

    The good things- Friendly Working Environment - Friendly Boss and Colleagues - Flexibility on Work / no micro managing - Company always supporting staff for course training - Stable environment - Company take care of their staffs and worker well - Very recommended for Fresh grads to join and learn
    The challenges- Poor planning within the group, not systematic - Company / Project management team not strong enough - Welfare & Bonus are getting lesser and lesser - Salary increment goes minimum - High Turnover rate

    Good Environment for working but....
    The good thingsOverall, Boss & all management level are very good. Even covid period, they pay full salary for all staff except higher level.
    The challengesBut some department head playing polities to get more power. They always use Boss or higher management name. Most of staffs are love working TBEC but left to work under him.

    The good thingsTHEY HAVE VERY GOOD TEAMS OF PROFESSIONALS, AND GOOD COMPANY PRACTICE IN WORKS AND LEISURE. ALWAYS LOOKING FOR NEW PROJECTS AND SENDING STAFF FOR UPGRADING. THEY ALSO PROVIDE VERY GOOD BENEFIT AND ALLOWANCES. THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE HEART FOR THE STAFF FIRST. THANK YOU AND HAVE A GREAT DAY.
    The challengesYOU MUST BE VERY INDEPENDENCE AND ABLE TO RUNNING THE DAY TO DAY SITE ACTIVITIES AS IF IS YOUR OWN. YOU MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER, AND ARE ABLE TO WORKS WITH THE TEAM AND LEAD & ASSIST THEM WHEN THEY ENCOUNTER ANY PROBLEMS. YOU MUST ABLE TO SEE WHAT'S THEIR NEEDS AND THEIR SHORT COMING TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THEM.
