Toxic Management and Questionable HR PracticesThe good thingsAn eye-opening experience that helped me better understand the importance of choosing the right workplace culture.
The challengesJob stability was a concern during my time at the company, as employment decisions could occur suddenly without much prior discussion or structured feedback.
Work–life balance was also a challenge. Employees who are the only person responsible for a department may find it difficult to take extended leave due to lack of backup. Even when leave is applied in advance, a continuous one-week leave may not be approved, making it difficult to spend proper time with family.
Communication and expectations were sometimes unclear, with priorities changing frequently and limited transparency in performance evaluation.
Internal employees were sometimes compared with external agents who had access to more comprehensive tools and resources, while internal staff only had limited tools available.
Overall, this workplace may not be suitable for individuals who value work–life balance, stability, and clear management practices.
