    One of my better employments
    The good thingsHR Department is approachable and submits well organized information promptly. IT Department is skilled, efficient and proactive. Appraisals and company events are meaningful and serve the purpose of improving performance overall. Relatively flexible work hours
    The challengesDepending on individual goals, there might not be opportunities for job rotation. Too much emphasis on decorations during festivities which can be time consuming even though it builds camaraderie.

    The good thingsAble to organize my works neat and tidy. Submit documents in time and manage renew documents for all expiry work permits.

    Good Team Lead
    The good thingsFriendly team mate. Easy-going team lead. My director is approachable. Provide AWS + VB. Less stressful working environment. Flexi working hours. Company is near to MRT station.
    The challengesNo team work within my department. Not much career opportunities. Some colleagues do not want to follow procedures. Salary is under the market price. No allowance for after work/ weekend standby. Oversea business trip allowance is less than average. Lack of parking lot. Force to deduct $2 for staff club every month. Female have to take turn to perform duty when receptionist went for lunch.

    The good thingsBosses are understanding and helpful however some working colleagues are not that helpful and accommodating. Opportunity is provided for new staff to organize events and social with working colleagues.
    The challengesCompany should enforce on IT processes and governance to ensure projects are of certain quality. Alot of maintenence work and support issues to handle daily even on weekend. Propose to segregate the IT department into design, build, test and maintenance scope of work.
