    The challengesDepending on individual goals, there might not be opportunities for job rotation. Too much emphasis on decorations during festivities which can be time consuming even though it builds camaraderie.

    The good thingsFriendly team mate. Easy-going team lead. My director is approachable. Provide AWS + VB. Less stressful working environment. Flexi working hours. Company is near to MRT station.
    The challengesNo team work within my department. Not much career opportunities. Some colleagues do not want to follow procedures. Salary is under the market price. No allowance for after work/ weekend standby. Oversea business trip allowance is less than average. Lack of parking lot. Force to deduct $2 for staff club every month. Female have to take turn to perform duty when receptionist went for lunch.
