    Tele-centre has the potential to further strengthen its reputation as an excellent place to work, ensuring that both employees and clients continue to benefit from the company’s commitment to excellence.
    The good thingsI had the privilege of being part of this company, where I worked on a variety of exciting projects. What made the experience even better was the chance to collaborate with incredible colleagues and leaders. The management stood out for being genuinely supportive, which made all the difference.
    The challengesCommunication across departments also had room for improvement. There were moments when lack of clarity or delayed updates caused unnecessary confusion, making it harder to stay aligned and deliver on time. A stronger focus on transparency and streamlined processes would go a long way.

    The good thingsI personally enjoy interacting with people. Therefore I had no troubles at work and I was very patient with the customers.

    The challengesWorking with poor management company who always change the management and staffs face alot of difficultie. It also causes they always change the work style. Eveyone has their own way and management never create any bonding other staffs. Definately not a healthy environmont.

    It’s getting better
    The good thingsWorking culture has been changing over the past few months. We have been constantly reminded on certain expectations and relevant directions has been set by the Company for us to work on it. Feedback channels has been setup too. We are looking forward to the new Management team and hopefully to see the Company growth too.
    The challengesOur direct supervisor. Often misleading and providing wrong informations to us just to cover their duties. Preferably if they can be transparent enough and provide better communications channel.

    The good thingsThere have been many new but improved changes in the culture and working style in the company. Managers and executives are friendly, motivating and are willing to work hand in hand with ground staffs for many matters.
    The challengesThe good changes have only been recent but with the looks of it, I believe the company would take utmost effort to be constant or even better for all staff in the company.
