    The good thingsNear to my house, less stress with transportation and time element. Love the people I work with.
    The challengesI love challenges. It makes me a well-rounded person. I always overcome challenges even in real life. So, I can keep up with everything. One thing though, there's so many requirements before going to work.

    I have a woderful experience while working there, though it was for short span but I loved it.
    The good thingsQuality Training system with pre- process and process Training which help in increasing better communication, vocabulary with improved speaking asscent with strong verbal and written skills. Cafateria is better and motivational work environment on work floor is there. Salary is on time.
    The challengesThey required to improve their management and after leaving this organization if a previsous employee required any help related with document so execute the querry as soon possible. I found there is a delay in providence with resolution with employee's.

    The good thingsThe good thing about the company is the Friendly Environment. Working in a call center put a lot of pressure and stress to an employee, but not with the company I'm in right now. My co workers, Managers, supervisors and teammates are very cooperative, joyful and team players.

    The good thingsA good stepping stone for neophytes in the industry. Helps me develop my self-confidence, be more sociable...and polished my flaws. Most of all, it made me a better and responsible person - I can help and support my family to augment our financial difficulties. And lastly, it lets me support my collections and hobbies.
    The challengesBe competitive with my colleagues - close more business during my shift/duty. I need to coordinate and interact with clients (as well as colleagues) with the degree of fluency and spontaneity that will make my regular interactions with native speakers quite possible without strain in communication/understanding for either party.

    Love it...but
    The good thingsI enjoyed my work and the account was really easy if you just get to learn the product which has a portal that you can easily turn into if you have something to resolve that you're not familiar with. In addition to that, i love the account that was assigned to me.
    The challengesYou really cant avoid supervisors or coaches that will pull all the strings to make sure that agents whom they dislike for whatever reason will be out of their sight for good. It happened to me twice in this company.

    The good thingsI have worked at Teleperformance for more than 2 years. I can proudly say that this is the best company I have worked for, so far! Friendly management, promotions are so fast, as long as you have a good attendance record.
    The challengesI think the bad side working here is that sometimes your breaks and lunches will put on hold due to lack of employees. High number of attrition because people are looking for better opportunity, or higher compensation ( like me) that's why this is just good for the newbies.

    The challengesThe only bonus they are giving is attendance bonus which is 3k. But you cant get this if you are late for more than, 30mins or absent for one day

    The good thingsShe's considerate. But she seems unprofessional. Like the way she talk to her agents. She never try to listen to her agents. She always assume things. And always thinks that she is right. She over use her position.

    The good thingsMy employer was never late in giving out salaries. It had a systematic and organized management however it did not, for some reasons give an importance to its employees because there was no respect happening to the management and its employees at all.
    The challengesThe account or LOB that I was under with was so much burden and pressure to us. They (the management) could be more employee-friendly rather than pushing pressure just to gain more sales. The salary was no question however, an employee could not only be happy due to the salary but might as well if with a friendly environment.

    The good thingsAs of the moment, they're pretty starting to conceptualize everything since they bought AEGIS. They are trying to compensate our efforts as well as making things work according to their rules and procedures. We are thankful because they're trying to reach out everyone of us through their sites. And the perks of being their employee are being worked on. Were hoping for a better changes.
    The challengesThe main reason that everyone mostly are complaining is the SALARY. I hope they will work about this issue. In line with what were working, sometimes were at least hoping for more incentives without tax.

    The good, the bad, the better
    The good thingsI did not worked here but I applied here twice in the last six months. Their process is fast. You can get apply, get interviews, exams and get hired in one day! :) Their process is smooth. Their recruitment office is clean, they even have a free coffee vending machine, a water dispenser and in my case, a free doughnut. Their interviewers are quite accomodating.
    The challengesI passed every exam and interview including the final interview but I have failed the Versant exam after the final interview. They didn't say my score, result and they didn't have said anything why I failed. I just hope they said to me why I didnt pass the exam so I can do better next time.
