    The good thingsIt will depend on the account assignment. But, overall Telus International is a good company to apply to if you were starting to build your career or stabilize your career in costumer service. They also have a lot of perks when you work under their company. Like, monthly load allowance, monthly treats and you can also finish your study or enroll your family members under Telus International Universty.
    The challengesThey should have continue the feedback for higher management. But, they have this quarterly feedback in general about the company and you can left comment about your management or for a certain person.

    Review for TELUS International
    The good thingsCaring culture where each and every team member is a priority. Engagement is a huge thing here. And we are active in community-giving efforts. The company really listens to its team members and ensures that all concerns are attended to. It also observe open-door policy wherein everyone regardless of the rank, can walk-in the executive offices and speak with them.
    The challengesSalary and HMO benefit is not as competitive as industry leaders.

    Nice working environment for IT
    The good thingsI belong to AMITS ITO group, and it has been great so far. I can't speak for the call center operations though, but I know that a lot are benefiting from the Telus University Program. For the IT group, benefits are great, at least for me, and a lot of traveling and learning opportunities.
    The challengesManagement should stop treating the AMITS group the same with the call center operations. Example, there was recently a house rule that we are not allowed to eat in our workstations. That may be applicable to the call center, but doesn't mean it should apply to IT. Same goes for the work from home policy. I can't understand why they are becoming more strict.

    The good thingsMy bosses were really supportive. They made it a point to know everybody by name. Considering the very high attrition rate in BPO companies, this is no mean feat. This effort has a way of making us important. That we go by a name and not just a position.
    The challengesIt would have helped if the initial interviewer already advised me that the account is techie in nature and that the applicant should be familiar with iOS and the likes. I found it hard to answer queries that were already too technical.
