    The good thingsThey provide a lot of training relevant to my role. Good and transparent management. Nice people and working environment. They provide complete and necessary equipment for the job. And above all, they promote work life balance.
    The challengesCompensation for the role is just average. They need to improve the salary of employees so they can compete with other business competitor. Benefits must be added like medicine and transportation allowances.
