    A simple but interesting job role.
    The good thingsAble to improve my skills, such aas my communication skills from the constant talking in the call center,which helps reduce my anxiety when I'm in normal conversations with somebody.
    The challengesThere were some difficult customers, such as rude ones or those with complex enquires which I struggle to answer and resolve.

    In a nutshell , working here is like a rollercoaster there is ups and downs.
    The good thingsThe company service is adequate , the employers treat the staff well by making sure everyone has a clean and conducive environment to work in. Furthermore , the colleagues here are very helpful to each other and are not afraid to lend a helping hand to those who are in need.
    The challengesWhen we are on the call , we will face difficulties such as difficult customers which are unreasonable .

    Where work happen at Terra
    The good thingsi had a good experienced working with the company learning new things and upgrading myself. Few things feel as good as reaching a goal you have been working toward accomplishing. 10 years working with Terra was the best. I have a friendly boss and working with the best coworkers.
    The challengesChallenges i have is an important part of loving your job. When i do the same tasks day after day, i may feel like i'm ready for something new. When i get a variety of tasks and responsibilities that teach me something new, i may feel more engaged and fulfilled.

    The good thingsHere, the management team/level are very understanding. When COVID hits, they provided all the necessary equipments so that we can work from home in peace. They also consistently checking on us to make sure we are ok and coping well when WFH.

    I love Terra Systems
    The good thingsdirectly with the CEO and the Management Team. I still remembered how happy and grateful I was when the company notified me of being hired. I was motivated to strive hard as I appreciated the opportunity given despite being inexperienced and unqualified. So, I treasured every new task given to work on, even if it means more workload. I treasured every criticism, accusation and unfair treatment, even if I feel I’m wronged sometimes. I treasured every mistake made, even the indirect ones. And etc. Why? Simply because each challenge I’ve faced is an opportunity for me to become better. It’s all about having the right mindset. Think about it. And yes, I love Terra Systems and the people that made it ❤️ 🤟🏻 Positivity For The Win 🤟🏻

    The good thingsGood TLs who are supportive but they all left.
    The challengesNo information given prior to taking up the required. Poor staff benefits. Rules always changed and flipping, no black and white to what was promised and shared verbally. Never respect staff and squeeze them till dry.

    Fantastic Work From Home Position
    The good thingsI am very grateful for this opportunity to be able to work full time for Terra Systems. Since I been working here i have more time attend to my kids when I finish all my cases. The flexibility of working from home and management team is the most I like to work here for almost two years.
    The challengesEverything's still manageable. We can have more bonding if have chance.

    The challengesPay and benefits are not as ideal as there are no bonus or increment. However, it's a temporary wfh job so it's considered pretty good. Challenges mostly with the customers we face daily
