    Best Working Place for Career Enhancement
    The good thingsI've worked at Thatz International for one year, and I am so grateful I was hired. This culture is so positive, caring, and so many people have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. The managers have so many conversations with you about what motivates you to help you achieve your goals. As soon as COVID-19 was getting serious, we were allowed to stay home and we able to resume our job once situation gets better. I would say that Thatz International able to fit us in suitable career prospect according to our knowledge and experience. Bottom line, If you are looking for a company with a good mission, opportunity for career and personal development. Then Thatz International might be where you want to apply

    Enjoy working in company with staff welfare
    The good thingsLove to chat with customers, learning hardware/software skills and enable to deliver hardware/software skill to assist customers. The greatest joy is to enable to solve customer's problem. If issue beyond my level of support, I need to escalate to another level for assistance.
    The challengesThe challenges are emailing and to do follow-up between support team and customers. Sometimes had to assist teammate to follow-up issue which is unsolved. All these required times.
