Enriching and educational!The good thingsThe Builders Resources is a professional and reliable organization. I worked there for an estimated 2 months and found that the working environment was comfortable and enriching. I was hired as an executive secretary and was directly mentored by Andrielle, the manager. I learned a lot during my time there and grew my skillset professionally. Much of the experience allowed me to expand my knowledge of the corporate world, while also developing myself personally. The company has a more structured working style which I found suited me, and a respectable standard of work. I resigned for personal reasons, but I would be open to returning freelance should they ever need me.
The challengesThe working hours could be unpredictable during busy seasons but otherwise alright.
