    Good Mentor & Management Team
    The good thingsSupportive and caring management. Able to gather feedback and work hand in hand to resolve problems. I would say the mentorship may be strict but in the long run is definitely a plus point which train us to be independent and able to resolve things independently. For fresh graduates who wants to gain practical experience and ready to fight for your own career in the long run, this is definitely not a place to be miss. Your career will definitely be promising and hardwork will pay off.

    The good thingsThe mentor and management is strict but also give maximum support in terms of learning curve such as staying back to teach and guide. Management gather feedback from time to time from staff to build up 2 way communications.
    The challengesNeed to be self discipline, independent and mature to handle situations when mentor is occupied.
