The Coffee Roaster (TCR) Group is a Singapore-based specialty coffee company. Our operations comprise of: Cafe, Academy & Workshops, Mobile Barista and E-commerce.Our first outlet opened in International Plaza, Tanjong Pagar back in February 2014. Having gained valuable experience in serving the CBD crowd, we relocated in August 2016 to the newly refurbished Block AS8 in National University of Singapore. With a much larger stage to showcase our coffee expertise, we have grown to become one of Singapore’s highest volume specialty cafes, peaking at 500 customers daily.In 2017, TCR Academy also became Singapore’s front-running coffee academy focused on corporate team building workshops. With most of government ministries, statutory boards and MNCs as our clients, we are confident that the workshops we run are certainly top-notch quality.TCR Academy holds the record for the largest workshop held in Singapore, having conducted hands-on workshops for more than 100 pax, with Ministry of Home Affairs and Republic Polytechnic. We also run small-group Latte Art Workshop and Barista Experience Workshop.TCR also has a social philosophy to bring coffee to various communities in Singapore. We have conducted workshops for Singapore Children’s Society, Singapore Cancer Society, Lions Befrienders, and other VWOs in Singapore.As one of the leading coffee academies in Singapore, we hope to use our expertise to provide Amazing Coffee Experiences. Our mission is to use coffee as a medium to enhance communication and strengthen bonds among participants.
