good for to get experience

The good thingsthey are helpful to us and they appreciate us for our work. we awarded from our employers. we learn from them importance of the work. I am lucky to join that company there as a employee.Our store manager always come to visit our store and he is always happy with me and my team. they solve our problems in very less time always they accept our complains very happily. we are enjoying there our work because of them and I am happy for that .

The challengesthey have to fix the proper time of work shifts.they need more staff as per busy working hours. Need to maintain clenaliness around the work area. maintenance work should be completed by on the time.what we need in our working area they have to provide us in proper amount and good condition.They have to train new staff about the coampany work and rules and regulations.
