    Strong Family culture, slow progression
    The good thingsGood bonding between employees as most worked together for long period of time (10-25 years). People factor. Small benefits here and there, trying keeping employees happy.
    The challengesSlow progression, very flat structure. Not many new blood currently (2016), average age should be 40-45 years old. Takes long time to settle in as it is hard to break ice. Takes too long to accept help is needed at certain area.
