Good salary but lousy Line and H.R. Manager who do not look after the lowest ranks and file workers are more concern with their self interest

The good thingsWorking in the earlier days under the older Japanese leadership was a learning experience. I was given free play to do the projects & they were very supportive of the work I did. But now after the locals took over, a lot of office political play occurred. This demoralized me.
The challengesThe local management should do what they preach & support wholeheartedly. They should not only expect the good news but also the bad ones. Because without the bad news they would not know what went wrong & will not be able to rectify or improve the situation.
