    Great place, great colleagues
The good thingsAll colleagues are very supportive and helpful. High quality materials and well-crafted Teachers' Guide for every lesson to ensure that all teachers have a smooth lesson. Curriculum Team is open to feedback and so are the managers. Pay is fair and good too.
The challengesNil. Expectations are high and it is only fair, considering the teaching profession is one which requires much expertise as well as the initiative to make lessons meaningful for students.

Both good and bad, overall average
The good things-Supportive management -Open to feedback -Friendly colleagues -Quite a good pay (for full timers) -Flexible schedule (for part timers)
The challenges-Marking may be a challenge for newbie and those with other commitments -Working on Sat (but this is already stated in ad so be responsible when you apply) -Many classes for FT (seems manageable to management but teachers struggle) -Expect to receive calls on free days to check availability to sub classes -Not enough perks for FT. For PT, no benefits, CPF etc. Bonus given to PT actually equates to appx CPF employer contribution amount
