Valuable learning experience, though support and growth varied by team.
The good thingsProvides good exposure to logistics operations, diverse team collaboration, hands-on experience in warehouse and transport, and learning opportunities in process compliance and operational management.
The challengesTo improve employee experience, the company could focus on consistent management support, clear career growth paths, and regular compensation reviews. Transparent communication during restructuring and alignment across teams can help maintain trust, while implementing bias monitoring and feedback mechanisms can reduce unfair treatment. Overall, enhancing communication, transparency, and structured processes will boost satisfaction and fairness.

Lousy HR. Quite Flexible working hours, but fundamentally flawed.
The good thingsOverall still manageable. Flexible working style, transparent. however we have limited support from the others team. HR do thing without checking without informing (pay deducted directly for income tax without informing employee)
The challengesOpportunities for career development is not that good unless you mentioned/highlighted several times or even resign. and for sure always subject to approval for transfer , etc. May need to improve their follow up and communication with employee,

Good working environment, but fundamentally flawed
The good thingsWorking hours are flexible, the bosses are pretty progressive and the pay is quite good (in my case at least).
The challengesThere is no clear career progression, so you don't know when you are getting a raise, or if you're getting fired. No bonus or increment despite assurances of good performance. Upper management has no clear direction and is constantly changing tack. Certain departments are clearly overstretched but there is no room in the budget for hiring more, but sometimes you have to invest in talent for better performance.

    A great experience!
The good thingsWorking in the company as an intern gave me an opportunity to learn about the operations. I am not restricted to my job scope, and was given many opportunities along the way to learn about other areas that I had an interest in.
The challengesThe challenges would be that I was limited to just one vertical, the Healthcare vertical. The experience would have been better if I can also learn about operations in the other verticals.
