    General Overall Culture
    The good things1) Able to increase your Multi-task skills. 2) Demanding management sometimes. Not specific to IT. Some department got nice & responsible manager to take care of staff. 3) Opportunity to learn different business experiences. 4) None executive can claim OT. 5) Some has 13th month (unofficial). 6) Salary pay on-time. 7) Not a very bad environment, generally all colleagues talk nicely to each others. 8) If a SOP follow & another don't care is good. Stay low profile & do not expect much from work can stay long.
    The challenges1) Work life balance is a challenge. 2) Taking ownership from other department is a challenge. 3) Executive - punctuality & work late is a challenge. 1 minute late will show on report. 4) Job assign to none KPI is a challenge. 5) Meeting at 830am & sometime meeting at 530pm is a challenge. Normal working hour 830am - 6pm. 6) Pandemic - pay cut on time for some level and no official announcement. Sign document later this is what I heard from ppl.

    FEEL LUCKY TO WOKE HERE
    The good thingsOne of the things I like about the team is that they work together. My Team help each others when we facing problem but not point one another. We also automatically help or cover each others when each of us on Medical Leave or Onleave. We also have a good manager she pass whatever knowledge she know, she want us to know each other works so that we can cover or help each other when we absent and she treat everyone fair.
    The challengesOne of the contributing factors to work stress is there many new things to learn. Car Automotive Industry quite big. And there is a big problem if you make a mistake when register, paying permit and involve in coe bidding. Our company is a million dollar business!

    Punctuality is everything.
    The good thingsWork-life balance, timing is everything in this company. Top measurement of KPI is punctuality.
    The challengesPunctuality for back-end office staff is looked upon as the most critical performance rating factor. Staff development seems almost non-existent and outdated HR policies and practices. Non productive culture as many just want to clock in and out on time. Everyone is too afraid to make mistakes resulting in most having \"Not my Job Mentality\"

    The good thingsGet involved in a lot of events and new car launch. Mingle with socialites and expand your contacts.
    The challengesThey could have given a better salary package and send the staffs for more trainings. A lot of miscommunications.
