The challengesThe culture at my area is very difficult and stressful . As they will gang up against you. But they are all kind people maybe Due to different culture, this case will happen.

    Awesome working culture
The good thingsI enjoyed the warmth and friendly work environment in Transit Link. Though projects and work loads were plenty, I managed to go home on time. As a leader in managing the employee engagement program, I was able to touch everyone's lives and lived up to the core value - Family.
The challengesProjects were plenty and due to lean manpower, we had to always prioritise national projects over in-house development ones. Additionally, budgets to run engagement programs were low, hence we had to be innovative in designing these programs or activities.
