Meaningful jobThe good thingsGood working and learning environment.
The work is meaningful and you get to interact with many clients who needs help.
Supervisors and senior management are respectful.
The organisation sets aside budget annually to train staff.
Fair compensation package if you have at least a degree and above.
You will have work-life balance (maybe not for mid/senior management level) if you have good time management.
The challengesThe organisation's policy/structure follows closely to the Public Service Division or the civil servants. Without paper qualifications, your salary will be significant lower than your peers even doing the same job. There isn't much opportunity to be promoted as there is not much management positions to begin with.
