besides salary, little things gained here, not suitable for most who really want to do sth on technology development
The good thingswilling to pay OT and often there will be a lot of OT
The challengesmany managers at modules are really bad, PUA team members. Verbal blame is everywhere you can see managers smash the desktop with staff just because they are bods. Hierachy is the characteristic here. A little error and then endless scold. How you doing here highly depend on what type of boss you met. Usually no work life balance for module member

Great experience work with HR team.
The good thingsI enjoy working in an environment where the members of the team have a strong sense of camaraderie and a good work ethic.
The challengesStaying engaged & motivated. Engaged employees are cited as being involved in, excited about and committed to their jobs. And it goes without saying that a lack of engagement translates to a lack of motivation.

    bad management,no personal growth,serious company's contradictions
The good thingssalary is above average level in semiconductor field for new graduate students
The challengesworking loading is very heavy, the division of each person duty is not clear. The more job you do, the more chances of making mistakes, then you lose the chance of appreciation
