Really ruined mental health, expect feeling burn out with late night meeting every day
The good thingsAnnual leave and insurance benefits are appropriate
The challengesVery toxic boss who forced us to pay/contribute with our own personal money to her to in order to keep 100% marks for mystery shopping and if threatened employees if achieved 100% marks, employees will not get our money back. Plus you are only allow to claim OT after 8.30pm, so expect you to work late almost everyday, hence not a healthy environment if you have family or kids at home When KPI is not reached, there are many forceful tactics to pressure employees, add on with brutal yells and comments from boss

The challengesToxic environment. Talk down tone from management. Manual system, poor approval system and process.
