    High pay, high stress
The good thingsI had one of the best colleagues among all the companies I have worked at. My supervisor was extremely helpful and generous in sharing. My colleagues would lend a hand when the workload becomes overwhelming (workload varies depending on the area you oversaw). It was a close knitted family and I very much enjoy the people.
The challengesWhile the job pays quite well, the stress that entailed was overwhelming. Being in the frontline work, you are required to manage the public. The public can be demanding and anxious at the same time which made it very difficult to feel calm. It was challenging to find a balance between work and personal life as the workload was consistently high.

I was working at URA as project operator employed by AVIXA,they will deposit our cpf to our account only after 2months.They are not clear of the rules in interview, infact few important rules was aware on 1st day of working only.
The good thingsFlexible on taking off with valid reason.
The challengesNo mobile or food & drinks allowed at working stations, have to be kept in locker.which its a bit far from our working stations room.

Pleasant working environment with tolerable mix of dynamism and bureaucracy
The good thingsDynamic and pleasant working environment. There are creative, competent and passionate colleagues, who are mostly pleasant to work with. There is fair work-life balance. Good organisational governance.
The challengesIt's a stat board under the government - good and bad come with all that. A lot of upward management required, a big challenge to shift mindsets because of legacy and comfortable middle/senior management persons, but it's just human nature.

Good company culture, depending on your department luck
The good things-Higher Management is quite idealistic yet adequately pragmatic. -Interpersonal working culture is largely pleasant, less the usual troublemakers -Work is still decently interesting -Location is great, near to several food places -Pay is very competitive
The challenges-Middle Management is lethargic in implementing changes, as though there are vendettas in their actions

    Above average
The good thingsForward thinking organisation and encouraging middle management
The challengesExpectations conflict visions some times. Some departments are very product driven and there's room for improvement if there can be more focus on users' outcomes.
