    High pay, high stress
    The good thingsI had one of the best colleagues among all the companies I have worked at. My supervisor was extremely helpful and generous in sharing. My colleagues would lend a hand when the workload becomes overwhelming (workload varies depending on the area you oversaw). It was a close knitted family and I very much enjoy the people.
    The challengesWhile the job pays quite well, the stress that entailed was overwhelming. Being in the frontline work, you are required to manage the public. The public can be demanding and anxious at the same time which made it very difficult to feel calm. It was challenging to find a balance between work and personal life as the workload was consistently high.
