The good thingsHonestly, can't find anything that I enjoyed working here except friendly colleagues minus direct supervisor
The challengesThere are plenty of things that can be improved like lowering ego and actually focus on solving problems and moving on to working on the next issues. Instead, faced criticism and gaslighting for voicing out. Direct supervisor acts like everyone has to like them, constantly sucking up to management, downplaying big issues and throwing the workload to their team to solve it for them while they take credit. Just really poor work ethic and always takes things personally. Manager role but does not know what is happening in the company. Tiring to work under them, honestly.
