    Development team are lower tier or nothing.
    The good thingsThe people working there are friendly and nice. Period that is it. No mentorship and high turnover rate. My first week the development quit without notice and all work is transferred to me to manage without help or background history and workflow.
    The challengesManagement only recognizes the Learning Designers as important and often overlook the local team hard work. Benefits are close to nothing and people are often forced to learn new programs but expect professional work almost immediately. Blames will be pointed at the development team despite tight deadline and minimum manpower. Learning Designers fail to take responsibility by giving a deadline at the last second.

    The good thingsEnvironment is awesome. Boss does not look at your former education and pays you according to your work ethics and ability to deliver.
    The challengesBack to back deadlines with project stacking if one snow balls. No one to refer for projects.
