- Encouragement of work-life balance
The challenges- Experience and workload highly dependent on department you are assigned to
- Company should make it a lot clearer to customers regarding the services provided prior to them coming down to avoid misunderstandings, abuse of staff by angry customers
- Certain duties were not clearly outlined to me until after I started work (nothing you can't learn, but some people might be bothered)
