    The challengesThere will be a peak period season work load. Unable to take leave within that period. We need to keep assisting other countries department due to low manpower.

    The good things- Overall a friendly work environment with helpful colleagues, seniors - All employees (permanent, part-time etc) were treated as part of the team and involved in regular company bonding events - Encouragement of work-life balance
    The challenges- Experience and workload highly dependent on department you are assigned to - Company should make it a lot clearer to customers regarding the services provided prior to them coming down to avoid misunderstandings, abuse of staff by angry customers - Certain duties were not clearly outlined to me until after I started work (nothing you can't learn, but some people might be bothered)
