    Rewarding Collaboration but Uncertain Future
The good things The good things Collaborative Success: Working with engineers has been a rewarding experience. We often celebrate our achievements with small gatherings, which helps foster a strong team spirit. The professional environment and shared knowledge make our work enjoyable and enriching.
The challengesUncertain Future: However, as contract staff, the uncertainty of securing new projects remains a challenge. There is no guaranteed future, which makes long-term stability a concern. Despite this, the experience and connections gained are valuable.

    Challenging Environment
The good things- Helpful technical support from technical team to support operations team - Highly staffed team - Special Alternative Sat Off (You're still responsible for whatever your Subcon is doing on that day. Good or Bad)
The challenges- Too much double handling - Subcons do not listen to Engineers (very hard to coordinate work schedule) - Management is not conscious of existing duties/work. (Sometimes some of your work is wasted) - Team Work is non-existent without any intervention from Management. (Which most of the time is forced, causing bad relationship with colleagues) -

The good things-Work two satuday per month
The challenges-insufficient staff to covering each trade -higher management don't support to solve site issue like man power & sub con -working using mouth instead of action -higher management only like staff who only say YES SIR -no proper site office, toilet and drinking water for staff -poor coordination between operation team & coordination team -have to work like a supervisor instead of an engineer

Poor Management, No Appreciation on Your Work
The good thingsAlternative working weekend (Sat) which allow you can plan for your weekend
The challengesPoor management in decision making. Communication break down, messages did not pass down to bottom level. Put in effort but did not receive any appreciation. Working longer in the company will receive higher pay even if you can perform better. Bonus is average. Company benefit is not attractive. Management did not understand/listen to what the staff actually need.

    Poor Prospect
The good thingsThey have alternate sat off and they pay salary on time. - Poor Management Decisions over critical items. - Lack of talent pool - Complacent and have no urge to improve for the better. - All talk on improving but no action on it. - Management feels they are top of the industry when in fact they are not.
The challengesManagement involvement is bad. Management interferes with the smallest decisions but does not address critical decisions and does not provide constructive suggestions. Everyone throws in comments but nobody wants to take responsibility. This goes all the way up to the top management. Turnover rate is very high and go in at your own risk. Poor prospect of growth as they are a weak company.

overworked, lousy top mgt, no work life balance
The good thingssalary on time, 2 Saturdays Off per month..
The challenges@ need to work 8-6pm on paper but top mgt insisted all staff to work till minimum of 7+pm daily. @ top management will make sure all staff need to travel far from their house so the staff cannot go home for running errands etc, We tried to apply for nearer location but ignored @ electronic attendance taking is making sure all staff come on time and go home after 7pm. Anyone flaunting the rule will be reprimanded and risk being dismissed after warning. @ a lot of top mgt visit to sites on rotataion basis and many talkings and comments but not enough employee to take care of their comments.. basically they are finding excuses to cut bonuses @ bonus/increment is normal amount, do not believe the sweet talks during interview @ unrealistic demands from Top mgt, long working hours, targets to achieve, everything is expected to be perfect. @ high staff turnovers, he go... you take care @ no on job training whatsoever. @ 10 days annual leave for first year, 14 days max for second year onwards @ Max doctor claim is 25 dollars... where to find such a cheap doctor? mgt wants all go to our neighbor country to see doctor? @ cannot take more than 2 consecutive days leave during festive seasons...even though you are celebrating it. @ complain? Top mgt will tell you to take it or leave it.
