    The good thingsThe people staying in the hotel are usually nice. Some staff can be nice to you but only if you act exactly how they want you to act.
    The challengesFor almost everything i have done, i had been reprimanded by them. The area around has expensive food. Getting around the hotel can be challenging.

    The good thingsA good place for those who wants to grow in their career. As westin is part of starwood group, employees were give opportunity for all type of leadership courses. If the management sees the potential in the associate, the said person will get a high chances of promotion.
    The challengesSome of the course was not easy and you will have some sleepless nights to complete task. You will have to undergo afew interviews by the higher management if you a choosen to go for the management course.
