Great opportunities and balance, Not so Great Compensation
The good thingsWork life balance, good collaborative culture and colleagues. Lots of opportunities to learn
The challengesUnattractive compensation (Base salary and bonus are on the low side), transparency can be improved. As with all large companies, troubles with alignment of management styles and priorities.

    Very Good workplace
The good thingsVery good culture, work life balance, salary. All associates feel empowered. You will feel proud that you are part of the organization. We are given very good benefits, we have flexible work hours. The company values diversity and is really very good with people. You are in charge of your growth as an associate and the company provides training locally and abroad.
The challengesIt is challenging because the company really demands excellence. It may be tough for the soft hearted but it is very appealing for people who are out to do their best. The organization is a little flat, meaning you might be disappointed because there are not much titles for promotion but it is also a good thing since we aspire to improve our levels of competencies to be promoted.

    TW
The good thingsGreat working environment. People are professional and are competent on the jobs they are hired into. There's a lot of opportunities for career growth that is initiated by the Company. There' also a lot of activities in their pursuant of the work-life balance for employees.
The challengesNot much opportunities. Like when you want another job, it is not always available with TW. Movement is limited and depends on the discretion of the management.

    The best company
The good thingsThe associate has the opportunity to grow by giving them relevant trainings and seminars. Another things are the compensation and benefits are very competetive
The challengesPeak season would be the most challenging part when working to TW, even in other company. But what separate TW to others is they are promoting work-life balance. In this case all employees are enjoying thier work without compromising their personal life.

    GREAT Company To Work In
The good thingsGreat, flat, enriching culture. Vast opportunities to grow, train and learn that involves cross-training, traveling, immersion.
The challengesManner/strategy on recruiting leaders of a practice can be improved to ensure it is attuned with the practice's people, philosophy and goals
