    Very Good workplace
The good thingsVery good culture, work life balance, salary. All associates feel empowered. You will feel proud that you are part of the organization. We are given very good benefits, we have flexible work hours. The company values diversity and is really very good with people. You are in charge of your growth as an associate and the company provides training locally and abroad.
The challengesIt is challenging because the company really demands excellence. It may be tough for the soft hearted but it is very appealing for people who are out to do their best. The organization is a little flat, meaning you might be disappointed because there are not much titles for promotion but it is also a good thing since we aspire to improve our levels of competencies to be promoted.
