A toxic workplace with disorganised management that expects extra effort without proper systems, often resorting to threats and showing little respect for staff.
The good thingsCo-workers were welcoming and friendly
The challengesThis tuition centre has a toxic work culture where management expects staff to go above and beyond ,yet fails to provide even the most basic systems or processes to support that. Instead of offering guidance, they often resort to threats of fines for mistakes, creating a stressful and demoralising environment. There is a severe lack of professionalism and respect for employees. For example calling them 'crazy' and takes no accountability I would not recommend working here if you're looking for a fair, supportive, or well-managed workplace.

This is an ideal company if you are looking for a job with a warm working environment and good communication between staff and superiors.
The good thingsColleagues are friendly and willing to guide if needed help. Superiors are patient, supportive and professional.
The challengesNeed to adapt to the new working hours as I was working 9am to 5pm job prior to that.
