    There are better places to work at. Not recommended.
    The good thingsVery difficult to think of one. Perhaps being able to dress casually.
    The challengesToo much work, too little pay. Contrary to how they attempt to portray themselves, there is not much progression. Environment is also not friendly as advertised. If you are looking for a decent pay or a good learning experience, then this is not the right job for you. But if you are seeking a life changing experience, welcome onboard. This job will attempt cure your insomnia and bring you many challenges in life such as attempting to holding on your grounds to do what is right. You might also get to make many new friends if you stay long enough. But be careful not to make the wrong friends. Do expect a high turnover rate to be part and parcel of your career there.
