    Work with a meaningful purpose
The good thingsThe organization is a non-profit organization. It is like helping people and working a job at the same time. People are very nice and professional. Exposure to international projects and colleagues. Work from home and flexible schedules. Well compensated in terms of salary and benefits.
The challengesMy role required a lot of travel abroad and was not given much opportunities for career development.

    My Moments Working in WV
The good thingsThe good things are: we were all provided with basic needs, accommodation, and any assistance we need. We have close workmate ties and we feel we are family working for one goal. I even missed working with them as it is inspiring to be part of the family in WV.
The challengesI encountered at least one worker who don't treat others well but I forgive that person.
