    NO LONG TERM GROWTH!
    The good thingsFREE TIDBITS AND MILO IN PANTRY!
    The challengesThe designer hiring manager keep saying all the thing you do is very simple, as if they do high end machine and their designers are super talented but once you get hired you only draw aluminium profiles. so far there is only 1 complicated machine the rest is just draw aluminium profile structure for conveyor waist high level or overhead. No room for improvement.

    The good thingsManagement of the company is not up to the current standard practice in other companies. Quite individualistic. Everyone will do their job and will not take the initiative to raise any problems that will happen. Managers are not able to take up responsibility for their own scope and departments. Overall, if nothing happens, it will be quite peaceful and nice to work in.
    The challengesManagement needs to identify the root cause of their problems and take the first step to resolve it. Communication in this company is very bad. They should start to take more initiative to communicate and voice their opinions to each other during internal meetings for projects.
