    Poor communication with employees

    The challenges1. No proper guidance from top management 2. Unfair treatments between top management & lower ranking staff 3. Poor communication with no clear guidelines 4. SOPs based on case-to-case basis and are randomly made to suit the needs of the management 5. Poor environment for career growth Join at your own risk.

    The challenges1. Lousy management, management itself do not talk to each other causing ground staff to get confusion without proper information/instruction. 2. A lot of gaps in performance management. 3. Too much paperwork. Management not moving into digital technology. Staff end up spending a lot of time doing repeated paperwork. 4. Top management is made up of staff who have been there comfortably for 10 years and above. Many of them are not motivated to train new staff and not receptive to new ideas
