    Ful set financial report
    The good thingsManagements here are very friendly and approachable, is a family oriented environment. Always encouranged for something rather than pointing your mistake only. Communicate frequently to ensure the employee's feeling are well taken care off. You will be motivated to carry out the duty without a stressfullness.
    The challengesfacing a little problem of collection of data for process the monthly reporting. Will need some improvement in this area. Didnt setting the dateline of the reporting, will be good if there is clearly indicate the timeline.
