Senior Digital & AI Learning Executive

We are looking for someone who is digitally curious, structured, and excited about using AI and digital tools to modernise learning, improve workflows, and support scalable capability development across markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into clear and engaging learning experiences, while providing strong operational support to keep the department organised and running effectively.

Responsibilities:

AI & Digital Learning Innovation

• Explore and apply AI and digital tools to enhance learning, improve workflows, and increase efficiency.

• Transform training materials into clear, engaging, and practical learning content, including digital and microlearning formats.

• Support the development of practical sales and customer handling learning scenarios.

Regional Learning Operations & Coordination

• Support the rollout and coordination of regional learning initiatives across markets.

• Assist in learner engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Smart Administration & Process Optimisation

• Maintain and improve learning administration, tracking systems, and operational workflows.

Learning Analytics & Reporting

• Support learning data tracking and reporting, with the ability to identify simple insights and trends from learning data.

Compliance & Governance

• Support ATO compliance requirements and audit readiness to ensure regulatory standards are maintained.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Digital Media, L&D, Human Resources, or Training Operations.

• Tech-Curious: You don’t need to be an AI coder, but you should have a strong interest in AI and digital tools to help modernise workflows and learning initiatives.

• Structured thinker: Someone who finds satisfaction in building efficient systems and enjoys turning manual tasks into organised, scalable processes.

• Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and ready to support the team where it’s needed most.

• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels and regions.
