How to become an Executive Housekeeper
To become an Executive Housekeeper in Singapore, focus on developing a strong background in hotel management and gaining substantial experience in housekeeping operations.
- 1.Acquire a diploma or equivalent qualification in Hotel Management, which provides a strong foundation for executive-level positions in housekeeping.
- 2.Develop extensive experience in housekeeping, including exposure to executive-level responsibilities. Prior experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5-star hotel, is highly advantageous.
- 3.Build a strong understanding of technical and operational aspects related to housekeeping such as cleaning procedures, equipment usage, inventory management, and quality control.
