Tasks and duties
- Greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at a venue.

How to become a Guest Relations Officer
- 1.While not mandatory, consider acquiring a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field to gain foundational knowledge and skills.
- 2.Acquire a minimum of 2 years of experience in Call Centre, Cabin Crew, or Hospitality roles, preferably with a focus on customer service and interpersonal interaction.
