How to become a Massage Therapist
To become a Massage Therapist, you can complete a certificate program that prepares you for the role.

Complete a massage therapy programme, such as an RMT (Registered Massage Therapist) certificate programme.

If you wish to open up your own massage establishment, you have to earn a licence. There are two categories of licensing you can apply for: a Category 1 Licence and a Category 2 Licence. Both licences require that you are above 21 years of age by the time of application.
