A Relationship Manager serves as a liaison between a company and a client. They are in charge of ensuring smooth and problem-free ties with clients in order to further drive business goals such as sales. A Relationship Manager regularly meets with clients, if possible, to discuss new products or services.

- Setting up meetings or calls with clients to inform them about new products, offerings, and services.
