    Great potential to improve
    The good thingsFamily friendly policies, very standard working hours, good location, good exposure given
    The challengesGetting things done quickly was difficult due to bureaucracy clogs. Yet, little autonomy is given to staff. Silo-ed departments with narrow perspectives made it very challenging to work across the organisation. Workload can be intense. Staff development is often self driven and not proactively promoted - it's hard to take a lead on your own development when you don't know what you don't know!
