    Terrible Management with no guidance
The good thingsWell located with good accessibility to food and transport. Generally most co-workers are very helpful and friendly.
The challengesManagement is bias, poor management skills and no direction. Would not recommend anyone to even join this company. Horrific experience. HR kept changing. Unable to provide stability and confidence to the employees.

Not a place to work for long. Too toxic enviroment
The good thingsNo good things for me to comment about as I'm in a terrible team. Not sure about other teams.
The challengesNo worklife balance. Though job posting states that training will be provided, so far I am only learning and familiarizing all client's portfolios by myself. You will be super overloaded with work that you will have to OT most of the days. Else your work will pile up like nobody's business. If you're new, you will be outcast by the team which eventually makes you feel uncomfortable to even carry on working with them.

    A company with poor leadership
The good thingsGreat location to work in Singapore. It is close to the public transport system. It has many eateries for you to have meals and network. Your line-level colleagues are a great team to work with. Company has potential to grow to be a market leader within the region.
The challengesHas a poor work-life balance, senior managers do not respect and appreciate the amount of work the employees put in. Company is clueless in dealing with the millennial generation, no proper onboarding process. Beneftis are introduced and removed with no justification. There seems to be no concern with the high resignation level.
