    The challengesHospital areas is very clean and hygienic. The cleanliness environment requires extra care to ensure acceptance to the hospital care/environment.

    good place for learning and grow.
    The good thingsyou will be given many freedom and authority to make decision in project, in other words, more responsibilities. your direct supervisor and director will be quite supportive. working environment is ok.
    The challengeshowever, more responsibilities mean more workload. the project team members are young and lack of experiences. thus, they cannot be as efficient as experienced engineer. as their team leader or team member, you have to guard them along until they familiar with the work scope and know how to do then they will start picking up.
