    TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT
    The good thingsIf there's anything, it's definitely the salary.
    The challengesPunitive leadership/management. Students are treated as customers, so regardless of the degree and nature of acts done, students are still always right, or put first. Teachers are not given importance.
