    The good thingsFlexible working hours that can manage the time yourself, learn how to talk and handle different type of people. Colleagues are all good person.
    The challengesNo staffs benefits & 0 basic salary. Can't claim transportation fees at all even is working for the company such as going to site, meeting cients,etc. Thus, need to pay for the transportation fees yourself which are a really hugh figure. Management is very poor.
