is a global organisation, the local office operates traditional, hierarchy orientated. upper management tend to micromanage the managers, resulting in managers having high expectations of their employees which result in turnover. they can have alot of manual work processes which cause simple tasks to take longer time. payslip is still in word format. leave apply is half manual half online, not willing to invest in better system. result in alot of manual data entry work. job description admin means anything. complains of lack of training and support provided as teams are small.
